Police arrested Carleton O'Neal in the act of burglarizing a south metro business and believe he may be linked to as many as 54 burglaries in the area. He was already facing burglary and gun charges from 2008 incidents. At least in Hennepin County. The Dakota County judge ordered him held without bail, after police showed that past arrests and charging did nothing to slow down his criminal activity.
