Post Identity Thieves Grounded At MSP Airport
St Paul Pioneer Press:

Airline flights are relatively cheap these days, but some fliers will do anything for a real deal.

On Tuesday afternoon, as a Delta Air Lines flight from Anchorage, Alaska, arrived at the gate at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, passengers were told to remain seated. Two airport police came aboard and arrested a couple seated toward the back of the plane. The couple were handcuffed and taken off the plane without incident.

The man and woman, whose names haven't been released, were arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property namely, airline tickets, said Melissa Scovronski, an airport spokeswoman. The pair allegedly used a stolen credit card to book their flight from Anchorage to Atlanta, with a stop in Minneapolis-St. Paul. Delta security agents alerted police.

The pair were charged with possession of stolen property and released, pending a court date in Hennepin County. It's unknown what they did after they were freed, 1,100 miles from their final destination.

Anybody heard if there's a Mensa convention in Atlanta this week?

So, no frequent flyer miles for this flight I guess?
