Post Foods for Insomnia 
Here are some ideas for snacks before bedtime for folks with sleep problems

1. Milk, turkey, cheese, chicken, soy, yogurt, nuts and seeds.

2. Complex carbs: beans, nuts, seeds, apples, pears and berries.

3. Vitamin B6-rich foods: turkey, chicken, spinach, whole grains and seafood. Vitamin B12-rich foods: eggs and dairy products.

4. Magnesium-rich foods: green leafy veggies, whole grains and almonds.
