Job Responsibilities

Develops, implements, maintains, tests, and supports Human Resource Information System (HRIS) solutions and functionality. Supports enhancements to programs, plans and processes owned or managed by HR Shared Services, to include human resources, benefits, compensation, and workforce management (planning, staffing, performance and development).

Identifies, recommends, and supports implementations of systems and process improvements to leverage system capabilities meeting current and/or future needs of the organization and it's customers.

Supports organizational reporting requirements by producing employee statistical data, reports for analysis and decision-making, and other employee-related reports as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 4 years HRIS functional experience. 2+ years focused on functional systems and process analysis, implementation and maintenance. In depth functional experience with developing and maintaining PeopleSoft HRMS product to include HR, Benefits Admin, Talent Acquisition/eRecruit, and North American Payroll modules.

Compensation

$65 - $70,000, Permanent
