The BCA released a list of photos and data on 15 rapists (from north central MN ALONE) whom they have no idea of the whereabouts of, despite the requirement that they register and check in regularly as registered sex offenders.
My, that policy of paroling rapists into our communities and keeping them under INTENSE SUPERVISION is working out well, isn't it? Hopefully they won't rape and kill too many people and leave them in ditches before they're located and reprimanded.
