Job Responsibilities

Full time within employee benfits dept. responsible for coordination and implementation of benefit plan renewals, review of plan documents, mitigation of service and enrollment issues, maintenance of client and carrier relationships; direct support to Benefits Sales rep and consultant.

Job Requirements

Requires 5 years direct benefits exp, attention to detail, team player, customer focus, exceptional communication skills, strong excel skills (60% excel usage). Minnesota health/life insurance license required. Bachelors degree.

Compensation

DOQ, direct hire
