Client: Sportsman Channel
Reports to: Director of Digital Media
Sportsman Channel, the leader in outdoor programming for the American Sportsman, is seeking a Digital Media summer intern in our New Berlin, Wisconsin office. This internship is a paid position. The intern position will assist the Digital and Video Production departments with special projects and day to day tasks as needed. The position will give the intern solid knowledge of business skills needed in working with digital content and video production.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage accounts on social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube
Update web content in timely fashion each week
Capture and edit video content for website and social sites
Research new and creative ways to market Sportsman Channel on the Internet
Assist in web design and develop upgrades to current website and other digital assets
Provide other administrative support to Digital Services and Video Production staff as needed
Ideal Candidate Requirements/Attributes:

At least junior standing and majoring in Web Design, Marketing, Video Production, Communications or related field
Ability to work 10-20 hours per week during normal business hours.
Qualified candidates must have strong communication, writing, analytical, and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Candidates must be deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to work well with a variety of people and departments
Candidates must also have good computer skills and possess a working knowledge of website development processes, including working knowledge and experience with Final Cut, Dreamweaver and Photoshop
Candidate must have advanced knowledge of online social networking and marketing
General knowledge of the Hunting, Fishing and Shooting industry as well as basic understanding of the cable television industry
