An interesting look at the controversy around breastfeeding in public.

My feeling on it is that it's no big deal. That's what breasts are FOR. I find it ironic that people who have no problem looking at a billboard of a scantily clad model whose breasts are practically bare will raise a fuss about a woman feeding her child with the same body parts.

What do you think?

I personally don't think it's a big deal. You're right, that's what breasts are for! What's interesting though is that many major corporations are designating a specific office for moms who work and want to provide breast milk for their babies. They are giving these working moms special breaks during their work day to pump breast milk. But when an employee of Starbucks or an employee of Red Lobster asked for breaks during their shift to pump breast milk, they were denied those breaks.
