Well we do have President's Day.

You might consider making a donation in the Rich White Guy boss's name to the Class Warfare Victims Memorial. Names are added daily to the granite tower in tribute to those who, through no fault of their own, were unable to obtain an education, find employment, and develop sufficient professional expertise and experience to direct the efforts of others. There is no cure, but there is hope! Even as we speak, pilot programs are under development which will transform all workplaces into mini-democracies, in which all decisions are put to a vote of the "associates", and management will be utterly unnecessary!

Phase Two of the pilot projects will attempt to fix responsibility for dealing with disputes between "associates", "associates" who refuse to do their jobs, and "absentee associates" who have trouble finding their way to work on a regular basis.
