A couple of years ago, a friend rented an apartment near the intersection of Grand Ave and Victoria in St Paul, right across the street from the Billy's Bar & Grill.

The apartment was okay, but the noise in the neightborhood was unbearable. Every night around 2:00 am when the bar at Billy's closed, all the drunks came out hooting and hollering. A lot of bikers also made loud noises with their bikes. This happens all-year-around. My friend woke up almost every morning around the bar closing time. That was a real pain. During summer time, Billy's patio is always a big attraction. That adds a lot of noise in that neighborhood too.
