Responsibilities: HR Manger / Senior Generalist / Consultant to be the HR contact for employees, mainly in Florida. Responsibilities include extensive employee relations, staffing and recruiting, compliance, policy & procedure administration and recommendation, point of contact for benefit and compensation issues for employee group.
Requirements: Prior experience in multi-state environment helpful, legal compliance, investigations, strong employee relations and all areas of HR, working in the corporate office. BA/BS Degree. 6+ years HR Generalist experience. Health care experience a plus.
This is a direct hire position, compensation depends on qualifications.
