Post Website Help
I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place for this question but I thought I would give it a try.

I work for a small non-profit organization that revamped its website about a year ago. Although we are very happy with it and so are our supporters and customers, there are some changes we would like to make and would like to "refresh" the site a bit. Unfortunately, the person we had hired this time last year to redo our site, it completely unresponsive to our latest needs. We had worked out an initial retainer fee to complete the changes we need and have not heard back from him since.

My question is: what are my options as far as hiring somebody else to help us refresh our website? This individual also happens to host our website so I'm assuming we would have to cut all ties and find a new host. What does it take to "relocate" a website? I don't want to step on any toes here but if he's not going to get the job done, I need to find somebody who can. Does anybody have any suggestions?
