Responsibility: Leave of Absence/Benefits Specialist to be point of contact & administering for employees regarding Leaves of Absence, STD, FMLA, LTD military and personal. Interface with payroll to ensure payments are accurate, complete & track LOA paperwork. Conduct and assist with benefit orientation programs. Q & A related to health & welfare benefits.
Requirements: BA/BS degree preferred. 2 + years LOA experience and knowledge of benefits laws. Strong PeopleSoft and computer skills preferred.
Compensation: $40-$45,000
