Too busy to cook right now. Could somebody whip up a batch of this stuff and give us a review? A pasta-like dish using thinly sliced zuccini as the "pasta".

If you want to try this, Thrice, head down to Ecopolitan, the raw vegan restaurant on Lyndale. They have it there. It's not bad!
