Harry Evans, who shot St Paul police Sergeant Gerald Vick to death in a dark alley, is appealing his conviction for the murder, saying he had inadequate legal counsel and that Vick was at fault for the incident.

You know, I really don't care what Vick was doing. No one deserves to be killed.
