A criminal complaint says that Joel Tillman, an employee at Best Buy headquarters in Richfield, used computer entries to steal purchase credits in the Reward Zone program from customers and used them to buy merchandise for himself. The scam netted Tillman over $10,000 in electronic goodies before he was caught.
