Gregory Paul Fishner, a 44 year old Georgia man, was arrested in Indiana after a 6 year spree in which he used stolen credit cards to buy expensive merchandise, possibly in the millions of dollars of value.
The clean cut looking man driving a Land Rover operated between a number of states in the Eastern US, and was frequently suspected but never caught red handed before.
We've got dozens of Gregory Fishners here in the Twin Cities. Law enforcement agencies and prosecutors are essentially ignoring them because their crimes cross jurisdictional borders and the amounts taken aren't considered high enough to warrant the cost of prosecution.
