Gold'n Plump Foods and the Work Connection will pay $365,000 to 100 Somali Muslim workers who were fired for stopping work for prayer breaks, and pay employees who were required to sign forms acknowledging pork processing as a condition of employment. The settlement was an end to the EEOC complaint filed on behalf of the Muslim workers.
