Al Franken's attorneys are suing Ramsey County to demand a list of all absentee voters whose ballots were rejected, with the intention of contacting every one of them. Secretary of State Mark Ritchie has already said such votes will not be counted.
There's no doubt at all that Franken will sue Ritchie and the State to get a judge to force them to be counted, if they increase his chances of winning the election.
