Hot Air website blogger says that Al Franken's request for inclusion of disqualified absentee voters will be denied, and that the recount will focus entirely on math accuracy in tabulating the votes previously counted. If correct, it will greatly decrease the likelihood that Franken can overcome his deficit and defeat Norm Coleman's reelection, barring further legal challenges.
