Steam your broccoli and bok choy, because steaming is how you cook these things. Put some oil in a pan, fry up the onion and peppers, brown your meatsies in oil as well...Hell if your pan's big enough, throw 'em all in together with some soy sauce to keep them company. I like my meatsies to have a little pink in the middle. Cook. Get a bowl. Put the rice in the bottom of the bowl. Put your meat and veggie concoction on top of the rice in the bowl. Put the red chilli sauce on top of the meat and veggie concoction on top of the rice in the bowl. Eat.
All of this cost about $18 at Double Dragon foods on Rice St & Maryland Ave in St Paul and makes a LOT of food. Also if you're not in to meat but need protein, protein can be found in the bok choy.
