Duke disciplines 34 in cheating scandal
Duke University's Fuqua School of Business disciplined 34 first-year master of business administration students who were caught in the school's largest cheating scandal. The Durham, N.C., school cleared four students also investigated in the incident, which happened about six weeks ago, said an e-mail from marketing Prof. Gavan Fitzsimmons, who oversees the school's judicial panel. Disciplinary action ranged from expulsion to failing grades. The students can appeal.
