I absolutely agree with you!!!
I would have to agree, this wouldn't be the best career path for a recovering addict.

Please don't be too quick to judge....
This incident doesn't mean Mr. Porter had a relapse (though possible). It could have involved one of his clients that maybe violated the terms of his release, which in turn would send him to prison. Who knows what causes someone to due something so terrible. The last I read he was just hanging on to...

Should I have offended you (victims).....
I apologize. I would like to be clear that in any of my postings, I did not mean to make fun or belittle any of Bronson's victims. I honestly believe his problem isn't as simple as a "gambling" issue. His mistreatment of women has been known around town for many years. I mentioned this story to a fr...

Re: bottomline
World Peace is not possible with people who make hateful, rude comments to people that are simply voicing an opinion whom they do not even know. People like you. Sorry, but the truth hurts. He needs help and so do the victims. Counseling and therapy for all involved. I hope you find whatever it is t...

Re: that is my point
Instead of everyone trying to look at the revenge aspect I simply asked that people look at the point and the root of the problem. To equate justice to revenge........yes, he may have a gambling problem and what about world peace? His victims should not be responsible for path to rehab. Lon...

Re: To Clarify
I shouldn't have brought up the issue of "taxable gifts". Let's focus again on the idea that these distributions of cash were a loan. An attorney should be consulted, and perhaps free legal advice from a qualified person is available to victims. Here is what the Wisconsin Bar Association says about...

Re: Not A Gift -
"By all means, please correct me if I am wrong....if this money were to fall under the term "gift" wouldn't the following be true......the "gifter" is responsible for paying the tax on the "gift" given. " If the lender denies that it was a gift, I doubt the IRS would allow the recipient to claim it...

Re: SWMom
Thanks for the information. If it was a gift why would the women be so upset. In my case, it wasnt a gift and he told me that he was going to pay me back. WE are assuming since it gains were ill gotten he didn't file taxes, maybe he claimed all of his swindled income.....RIGHT. Lets stick together,...

Re: Answer BronsonSux question
To you answer your question the only way a prosecutor might start building a case against him is if more woman start filing either lawsuits or reports to the police about a possible theft. The theft charge might not work due to the fact like others have stated you must show the burden of proof that...

Re: Remember, he gets all this $$ tax free
Pretty clever, huh? What is really scarey, is he tries to justify not paying his own way in society. When he rented from you (yes, I am using the term "rented" loosely) did he list a woman on his application? I just figured he might so when he jumps ship, someone else is left with the bill. My gues...

Wow, so many victims by association
I am a male victim of Bronson's crimes. He caused my marriage of many years and 3 children later to break up. He came in and played on my wife by sweet talking her. During this time they went to Vegas together, and lost all of our money and caused us to go into great debt. I always wondered why we ...

Somethings and People Never Change.....
I am watching the news with my husband lastnight when I see Mr. McNeal's picture. Though unable to recall a name, I remember the face. This character has been around for decades. During the 90's you could find him at all the local bars and clubs. When speaking, you could hear the bs and watching him...
