I've been a casual jogger for several years, but in the past month or so I've picked it up a little bit--going almost daily instead of my usual 2-3 times a week. And boy howdy, are my shins feeling it. Every time I come back from a jog it's like I can feel my bones twisting in my legs.
I took Monday and Tuesday off of jogging because my shins hurt so bad after my jog on Sunday. Hit it again today, and...OUCH!
Anyone have any magic shin splints cures?
