We have 3 offices that serve clients nationwide. Our search process includes:
1. Develop position spec - We build a job description based on function, corporate culture and critical elements desired.

2. Construct Project Agenda - We propose a timeline for the project including search and recruiting, client interview and offer/start.

3. Recruit, Qualify Candidates - We begin the active phase of the project after the client approves the materials. We contact the targets and referrals to locate appropriate individuals. We interview the most promising people.

4. Present Search Results - We review the results with the client company to analyze competitive information, industry trends, talent pool, and best candidates interviewed.

5. Interview Select Candidates - We arrange client company interviews with the approved candidates.

6. Present Offer to Candidate - We relay offers to the candidate and we clear away issues and suggest timing for immediate acceptance.
